Her tenure at prestigious organizations such as Aptech, Arena Multimedia, HCL Technologies, and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. has shaped her as a well-rounded media professional. During her 10-year journey with Zee Media, Esha worked closely with diverse brands and deepened her expertise in media planning, public relations, and marketing. Her contribution was instrumental in shaping strategic brand narratives and enhancing audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Entrepreneurial Vision & Innovation in Digital Branding
In pursuit of creative freedom and innovation, Esha co-founded UIX Studios LLP, a branding and communication agency specializing in Web Design, Digital Identity, and Concept Development. Her entrepreneurial acumen led to the creation of Social Sheroes, a unique initiative focused on empowering women-led small and medium enterprises. Through Social Sheroes, she enables businesses to demystify and leverage the power of social media, providing hands-on guidance to help them grow their digital presence meaningfully.
